Join our team as a Senior Data Solution Consultant and unleash the power of data to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences for world-class brands. What will your day look like?

As a Senior Data Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients envision, design, plan, and build the data capabilities they need to improve their marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and growth.

As a part of our Transformation practice, your work will include:

  • Analyzing clients’ as-is data capabilities across data engineering, data analytics, and data science to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present and propose data solutions and services to fill capability gaps.
  • Evaluating the feasibility and value potential of improved data solutions to create data capability roadmaps.
  • Help scope and plan data consulting and capability development projects, including activities, deliverables, timelines, and team requirements.

Who are you going to work with?

Internally, you will work as part of a team of experienced data consultants, in close collaboration with our strategy, martech, and experience consultants, our data analysts, engineers, and solution experts as well as our account teams.
Externally, you work with the data, IT, and marketing teams of our clients as well as our strategic technology partners such as Salesforce, Adobe, and Google. Together, we help our clients put in place data solutions that drive business value in a collaborative work environment with a focus on both professional expertise and having fun on the way.

What do you bring to the table?

Consulting skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, i.e., the ability to clearly communicate complex topics to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Structured problem-solving skills, i.e., the ability to identify and analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Business acumen, i.e., an understanding of how businesses work and how they create value.
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with our clients and partners.

Data experience and expertise

  • You probably have a degree in statistics, data, computer science, digital marketing, or similar fields of study.
  • You are an expert in marketing data solutions with deep expertise in cloud engineering, insights & analytics, and data science.
  • You have experience with planning, designing, and delivering data solution projects and services to large organizations.
  • A minimum of 6 -10 years of experience in a senior consultant/business liaison role related to marketing data solutions.
