Experience Designer (UX,UI)

What will your day look like?

As our new Experience Designer, you will join our growing Experience Design & Communications team. Your job will be to create digital concepts, designs, journeys and products as part of our effort to create meaningful experiences for our big global clients. 

It is important for us that you understand how UX and UI design can help elevate the experience that brands provide their customers across different touchpoints. Moreover, you have an interest in digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) to help our clients transform to become truly digital. 

More specifically, your tasks will include:  

  • Design and test digital prototypes 
  • Create and optimize digital flows and journeys 
  • Conduct customer research and data analysis 
  • Create concepts and design content 
  • Facilite workshops and innovation processes   
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of the Wunderman CX profile; providing feedback on branding, creating internal presentations, and mapping the CX maturity and potential of our client portfolio.   

The job is based in Copenhagen, Denmark and will therefore require that you are able to work from our office in Copenhagen. Start date is as soon as possible, but we will of course wait for the right candidate.  

Who are you going to work with?

You will become part of the Experience Design & Communications department in our office, located in Copenhagen NV. The department consists of around 40 people, where you will join a tight-knit team of 4 people: a UX Lead, an Experience Designer, you, and your manager. You’ll be referring to the Head of Experience Design.  

You will work side-by-side with Communications Strategists that are part of the wider Experience Design and Communications team and Project Managers to create customer journeys and experiences for our clients. By becoming a part of the team, you will get a chance to work with experienced people who will help you do your best work. What do you bring to the table?

To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences that balance business goals with user needs - from concept to delivery. You have flawless English skills - both in writing and verbally.

In addition, you have: 

  • A degree in Digital design, UX, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI/CX design, preferably in a digital agency or e-commerce company 
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including examples of UX/UI/CX 
  • Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma, Sketch, or other design tools  
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) tools and strategies, with experience incorporating these into design decisions 
  • Understanding of design processes, user-centered design principles, and design thinking methodologies 
  • The ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
