Senior Project Manager with a focus on client onboarding

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in Copenhagen with the drive to lead client onboardings to one of our Products.  

What will your day look like

In the role as our new Senior Project Manager, you organise and manage client onboarding projects for some of our large international clients. While understanding our client’s organization and needs, it is your great challenge, together with your team, to ensure the products best practices are kept in mind when defining the end-to-end product solution and processes for our clients. You will be working closely together with Designers, Developers, Process Consultants as well as Client Stakeholders and you will be responsible for managing these stakeholders, their timings and expectations.

Strong project management skills and excellent communication skills is a must, a strong passion for digital solutions and tech-savviness are essential to exceed in your role as you will work closely with our Developers and the client's development/technical stakeholders.

More specifically, your tasks include: 

  • Managing the client relationship and expectations excellently 
  • Ensuring product-client fit
  • Developing project scopes, plans, and budgets 
  • Producing high quality presentations for internal and client meetings 
  • Proactively ensuring that obstacles are mitigated, and project risks are minimized 
  • Briefing multiple stakeholder team on their deliverables 
  • Securing progress across different departments, and ensuring deliverables on time and budget 
  • Being a daily sparring partner to your colleagues.

You will be the linchpin in a network of closely coordinated Designers, Developers, Process Consultants and Project Managers as well as Client Stakeholders. You will get competent teammates who go the extra mile to help one another. We are a flat organisation that loves growing the talents of our people, and many of our people have been at the agency a decade or longer.  

What will you bring to the table

You are an easy-going person with a proactive and positive mindset. You work to deliver the best possible outcome despite any challenges that arise. As you will be managing several projects simultaneously, you are an organised person who can keep perspective while showing great attention to details. In addition, you have: 

  • 3+ years of experience being a digital project manager or similar 
  • Experience with strategic management and product development
  • The competence, confidence, and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets excellently 
  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to translate “business language” into technical requirement in English
