Join us as an Account Director, where your expertise in digital solutions and strong technical knowledge will be essential in crafting and executing direct marketing strategies for some of the world's most admired brands. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering enablement programs that significantly enhance business outcomes. What will your day look like?

As an Account Director, you will lead the A team, a central facilitation group that empowers client market teams to maximize value and activate consumer-facing experiences. You'll play a crucial role in change management, bridging global strategies with local execution and vice versa, while also representing market needs at the Global Steering level.

Your role demands a solid technical understanding and a passion for digital solutions, as you will collaborate closely with both our developers and the client's technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client relationships and expectations.
  • Leading your team and serving as a daily resource for colleagues.
  • Crafting high-quality presentations for both internal and client-facing meetings.
  • Identifying and addressing potential challenges proactively.
  • Developing detailed project scopes, plans, and budgets.
  • Overseeing project execution, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality deliverables across various departments.

You will be the linchpin in a network of closely coordinated project managers, developers, data scientists, and experience designers. You will have competent teammates from around the world, who always go the extra mile to help one another. What do you bring to the table?

You are an easy-going person with a proactive and positive mindset. You work to deliver the best possible outcome despite any challenges that arise. As you will be managing several projects simultaneously, you are an organized person who can keep perspective while showing great attention to detail.

In addition, you have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a CRM and/or digitally-focused project manager or similar
  • Extensive knowledge of what working with data, technical projects, and marketing automation platforms entails
  • Experience with strategic management and implementation of IT projects within CRM, web, and/or marketing automation
  • Ideally, you also have experience with either Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • The competence, confidence, and self-discipline to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets excellently
  • Great communication skills in English.

Please note that our clients are international, so frequent traveling is expected.
