What will your day look like?

Join our class-leading Academy onboarding program and collaborate with a culturally diverse team of Architects, Developers, Technical Project Managers, and Application Consultants, working across 7 locations. Enjoy a positive, respectful, and fun-loving team environment that values teamwork and professional growth, with monthly social events and knowledge sharing sessions to keep everyone connected and inspired.

You will be part of our one-year Academy program in Tech and Data team. The initial onboarding and training period of the Academy will last about 2 months and will be followed with more hands-on work tasks and learning on-the-job. After the graduation from the Academy you will continue working as an Associate Developer in VML MAP.

Who are you going to work with?

As an Associate Developer where you will be given full support and guidance to become proficient within Marketing Automation domains. You will be working with several of the top ranked CRM platforms to orchestrate personalized customer experience by activating data. Your job will be to build workflows and campaigns, data and API integration, and deployment plans.

Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Developing new campaigns and applications on a marketing automation platform
• Writing and carrying out test cases, with peer review
• Configuring various components within the platform
• Coding, testing, and configuring software based on specs and design
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing software

What do you bring to the table?

We are looking for individuals with eagerness to learn and develop in a high impact environment. If you have recently or are due to graduate with a passion for software/computer science, join us to build a successful career, and make a difference on a global scale!

You will have:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
• Background in software engineering/computer science or similar field
• Outgoing and self-motivated with a team-player attitude
• Organized and deadline-driven
• Proactive and responsible
• Great at communicating complex problems
• Experience with Server-Side JavaScript (Node.js) or similar
• Knowledge of any SQL flavor (MySQL, Postgres, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.)
