Producer - with focus on digital project management

We are looking for a Producer for our new office in Costa Rica to oversee the production and delivery of high-volume global advertising campaigns and to drive and implement new development and optimization projects on the client team, working closely together with our teams in Copenhagen, Lisbon, Toronto and Bangkok. 

What will your day look like?  

As our new Producer, you will first be introduced to our systems and work streams. Armed with the knowledge you need, you will become responsible for organizing and managing key client projects, while ensuring delivery on time, on budget and with high quality.  
 
Your responsibilities will include:    

  • Ensure quality of deliverables together with specialists  
  • Oversee daily workload and ensure correct staffing in collaboration with Operations Manager  
  • Keep a great team connection to ensure a smooth workflow on the team 
  • Managing relationships with Account and Operations Management and be a daily sparring partner on their projects and plans  
  • Develop project plans and requirement specifications and estimates  
  • Plan and manage time schedules that fit the needs of the client’s brief and budget  
  • Maintain quality standards across the production of all work  
  • Report progress of all work and any anticipated deviation from planned timings and costs

You are easy-going with a proactive and positive mindset. You work to deliver the best possible outcome despite any challenges that arise. As you will be managing several projects simultaneously, you are an organized person who can keep perspective while paying attention to details.  
 
You have a good overview and a structured mind, and you can pave and lead the way for your teammates on complex campaign rollouts while maintaining a positive attitude towards your colleagues.  
 Further, we expect that you have:  

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communications   
  • 2+ years of experience as a CRM and/or digitally focused project manager/coordinator or similar  
  • Experience with CRM systems 
  • An interest in working with data and technical projects  
  • The ability to work with and crunch numbers in regard to forecasting 
  • A flexible mindset and able to adapt quickly to the demands of challenging and unusual projects  
  • High level of proficiency in English
