We are searching for our next Marketing Operations Producer for our office in downtown Toronto. In this role, you will be overseeing the daily operations and delivery of high-volume, global CRM campaigns, drive and support optimization projects, track process and technical developments, and work closely together with our global teams in Bangkok, Copenhagen, Lisbon, and San José.
What will your day look like?
As a Producer, we will first ensure you are equipped for the role by introducing and onboarding you to our internal processes and ways of working. Once your onboarding has completed, you will become responsible for our daily execution on one or more client teams, owning and driving projects while ensuring delivery on time, budget and with high quality.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Project management and communication to ensure projects are scoped, planned, resourced, and delivered within scope, timelines, and budget in alignment with the Management team
- Detailed project planning, including the development of project timeline with key milestone deliverables, dependencies and caveats, and report status updates on all assigned client and office tasks/projects
- Support the operations team on client needs and ensure high quality of deliverables for campaigns in our marketing platforms
- Oversee daily team workload, resource and staff planning, accurate forecasting, incident handling, in collaboration with Operations Managers
- Active monitoring of project risks and client requests to identify potential problems and proactively share solutions
- Ensuring all client feedback is distilled and digested into actionable steps for the appropriate internal team members — organizing feedback for maximum efficiency
- Establish and support collaboration across team members and embody inclusive, positive, and solution-focused work culture
- Internal and external stakeholder management on various levels
- Process ownership, streamlining, and optimization, including reporting progress, blockers, improvements, incidents to the management team in a structured manner

Further, we expect that you meet most of the following requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, or communications
- 2+ years of experience in Digital, CRM and/or marketing focus with experience as a project manager/marketing specialist/team lead/coordinator or similar
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze
- An interest in working with data and technical projects
- The ability to work with numbers and run reports such as forecasting
- Ability to provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement while leading with kindness
- A flexible mindset and ability to adapt quickly to the demands of challenging projects
- High level of proficiency in verbal and written English
- Knowledge in Excel, JIRA, SmartSuite
